With the work itself: activities, goals, tools and constraints. From there, I determine whether the priority is training, process redesign or a dedicated solution.
Do you build custom agents and automation?
Yes. I design assistants and workflows for specific tasks, assessing the required data, integrations and controls. Functions and operating methods are agreed within the project.
How do you choose AI tools?
According to the task, the data involved and the tools already in use. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other models are evaluated against real work examples and concrete goals.
Do you provide courses for companies and training organisations?
I design and deliver generative AI programmes tailored to participants’ starting level, roles and goals, with practical exercises and supporting materials.
