Art. 1 – Booking and confirmation. The session is confirmed only upon receipt of the bank transfer for the agreed amount. Without payment, the booking is not guaranteed and the slot remains available to other clients.
Art. 2 – No refund. The fee paid is consideration for the exclusive reservation of the agreed time slot, regardless of whether the session actually takes place. In case of rescheduling, cancellation, withdrawal or no-show by the Client — for any reason — no full or partial refund will be granted.
Art. 3 – Rescheduling. Rescheduling does not entitle the Client to any refund or to a free rescheduled session. The session may be rescheduled, at no extra cost, only where expressly agreed in writing.
Art. 4 – Tax regime and invoicing. The Consultant operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime (Law 190/2014). Services are not subject to VAT. The hourly rate is € 70.00/hour. Invoice issued upon payment.
Art. 5 – Scope and format. One-to-one or group sessions on generative AI, automation, prompt engineering and business AI tools. Format: online (video call) or in person, as agreed.
Art. 6 – Confidentiality. Both parties shall keep all information and data shared during the sessions strictly confidential. The Client may not distribute or transfer the Consultant’s materials to third parties without prior written consent.
Art. 7 – Intellectual property. Materials, methodologies, prompts, workflows and content developed by the Consultant remain the exclusive intellectual property of Emilio Bottazzi / EB Media Studio. Commercialisation or distribution to third parties without written authorisation is prohibited.
Art. 8 – Jurisdiction. The contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute the parties elect the Court of Padua as the exclusive competent court.
Unfair terms under Art. 1341 of the Italian Civil Code: the Client expressly approves Art. 2 (no refund), Art. 3 (rescheduling), Art. 8 (jurisdiction – Court of Padua).
